Exchange & Return Policy
Within 14 days of delivery, you may request an exchange for any item purchased on barijiyokoyama.com. To initiate an exchange, log into your account or email us from the CONTACT US page. The order number can be found in the order confirmation email.
Our devoted Customer Service team will gladly guide you through the process and provide the return shipping label and instructions. You can contact them at any time at fashion@barijiyokoyama.com.
Please return the item(s) in the same condition you received them, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
If your exchange meets the above criteria, your package will be returned, and your return request will be allowed.
Online Returns
Please allow up to fourteen business days for your exchange or return request to be processed. If the new item costs less than the original item, a refund will be issued, and the new item will be processed as a new order. If the price of the new item exceeds that of the original, a further fee will be assessed. Before exchanging, our customer service team will inform you of any additional fees.
In-Boutique Returns
If you prefer to exchange the item(s) in person, our Fashion Advisors will gladly assist you. Please visit one of our premier boutiques.
Please bring your return in its original packaging, a printed copy of the airway bill, and the sales invoice you received in the email confirming your shipment.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please fill out the Return Form here to proceed. The order number can be found in the order confirmation email. Once your request has been approved, we will email you return instructions.
Each item must be returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
After receiving the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that the returned amount may take up to 20 business days to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling costs, including duties, are non-refundable.
